Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications and microservices.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept through deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural debt.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Deep understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
