Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture for high-traffic SaaS platforms
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability and cost-efficiency (AWS/GCP)
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Go/Java)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and API design
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade code
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and system design capabilities
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
