Responsibilities
- Architect microservices using Go and Kubernetes for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Terraform and Jenkins
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Implement security-first DevOps practices with AWS Shield and HashiCorp Vault
- Contribute to open-source projects aligned with company R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of production experience with distributed systems
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages (Python, Java, or Rust)
- Proven track record with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and serverless architectures
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
