Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Optimize database performance for 10K+ TPS financial transactions
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements and infrastructure automation
- Conduct security audits and implement PCI-DSS compliance measures
- Present technical solutions to CTO and product stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Go/Java/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems and AWS/GCP cloud architecture
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, gRPC, and event-driven design
- Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system implementations
