What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, optimizing application performance and ensuring system reliability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from initial planning and design to deployment and post-launch support.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions that drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Java, with experience in React or Node.js being a plus.
- Experience designing and deploying applications on cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure.
- Deep understanding of database management systems, SQL, and NoSQL technologies.
- Proven track record of working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
