Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, indexability issues, and site speed problems.
- Develop and implement strategic keyword research and targeting plans aligned with business objectives and user intent.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, content structure, and internal linking architecture.
- Analyze website performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the content and product teams to ensure the creation of high-quality, SEO-friendly content that drives engagement.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead of algorithm updates and maintain a competitive edge.
- Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong focus on technical SEO and data analysis.
- Deep understanding of Google’s algorithm updates, including recent core updates and spam policies.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical implementation and debugging.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
