Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with development teams during Agile sprints
- Perform regression testing and validate bug fixes
- Develop test plans and test scenarios based on requirements
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning
- Maintain test documentation and QA metrics
- Advocate for quality best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and bug tracking tools
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Banking/FinTech industry experience preferred
