Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and document comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA and similar tools
- Automate regression testing using Selenium/Cypress frameworks
- Conduct performance, security, and usability testing across multiple environments
- Collaborate with developers to resolve critical issues and implement preventive measures
- Maintain test case documentation and QA metrics for continuous improvement
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with manual and automation focus
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and test management tools
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with SQL database testing and API validation (Postman, RestAssured)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent QA certification
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
