Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality and adherence to business requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other tracking tools, ensuring clear communication with developers.
- Perform manual and automated testing (Selenium/C#) across various platforms and browsers to validate functionality.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure recent code changes have not negatively impacted existing features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Developers, to understand requirements and provide technical feedback.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product stability and user experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a QA Tester or Software Test Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Java, C#, or Python) is highly preferred.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress.
- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
