Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) leveraging IaC tools like Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud environments for cost, performance, and security through continuous monitoring and automation
- Lead containerization initiatives using Kubernetes and orchestrate CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab
- Develop disaster recovery strategies with 99.99% uptime SLAs and conduct quarterly DR drills
- Mentor junior engineers through our Cloud Excellence Academy program
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement infrastructure-as-code best practices
- Drive cloud migrations for on-premises to hybrid cloud transformations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and 3+ years in cloud architecture roles
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless technologies (Lambda, Azure Functions)
- Advanced certification (AWS/Azure/GCP Professional or equivalent)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic)
- Strong background in security frameworks (CIS Benchmarks, Zero Trust)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven track record of leading successful cloud migrations
