Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test plans using provided testing equipment
- Document defects in JIRA with detailed steps and screenshots
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
- Perform regression testing on cross-platform applications
- Analyze test results and provide actionable improvement reports
- Maintain test environments and hardware calibration
- Mentor junior QA testers on best practices
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with software/hardware
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium)
- Experience with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with provided testing equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
