Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other QA tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Develop and maintain test scripts using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality metrics to stakeholders
- Maintain test environments and ensure test data integrity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA/testing experience with SaaS products
- Expert knowledge of test methodologies (black-box, white-box, regression)
- Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) and programming languages (Python, Java)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
