Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for 500+ employees
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems using enterprise tools
- Manage Active Directory user accounts and permissions
- Assist with VPN setup and network security protocols
- Document technical procedures in knowledge base
- Collaborate with cloud migration projects using Azure/AWS
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic understanding of computer systems and networking
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- CompTIA A+ certification (or commitment to obtain within 6 months)
