Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to define design requirements
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma/Sketch
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement user-centered solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing user-centered design
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for design implementation collaboration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling requirements
