Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications
- Document defects using JIRA with precise severity/priority classifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate product requirements
- Design test cases covering functionality, usability, and security protocols
- Analyze test results and provide actionable improvement recommendations
- Maintain test environments using provided hardware/software tools
- Participate in agile ceremonies to align quality objectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in QA testing with SaaS/enterprise applications
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
- Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
- Certified Tester (ISTQB) or equivalent preferred
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Valid driver's license (equipment includes on-site mobility devices)
