Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and TestRail
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve critical bugs
- Conduct regression testing and validate software releases
- Analyze test results to improve product quality metrics
- Maintain detailed test documentation and compliance reports
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience in SaaS or tech environments
- Proficiency in manual testing, Selenium WebDriver, and Postman
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Strong SQL knowledge for data validation testing
- Certified Tester (CTFL) or ISTQB Foundation preferred
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
