Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Present design rationale and solutions to stakeholders through compelling visual documentation
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Mentor junior designers and participate in design critiques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience conducting user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ end-to-end design projects with measurable outcomes
