Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and optimize AI prompts for diverse applications including chatbots, content generation, and data analysis
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize output accuracy and relevance
- Collaborate with product teams to align prompt strategies with business objectives
- Document prompt libraries and maintain version-controlled prompt repositories
- Analyze performance metrics to iterate and improve prompt effectiveness
- Research emerging AI capabilities to integrate innovative prompt techniques
- Train stakeholders on best practices for prompt engineering workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI field with portfolio of prompt designs
- Expertise in LLM platforms (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) and API integration
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot AI output inconsistencies
- Excellent written communication with ability to craft precise, context-aware prompts
- Familiarity with prompt optimization frameworks (Chain-of-Thought, ReAct, etc.)
- Experience with MLOps tools and version control systems
- Creative problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
