Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for network-related issues
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and optimize system efficiency
- Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting processes
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team to implement security protocols
- Train end-users on network best practices and equipment usage
- Manage hardware lifecycle including upgrades and replacements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration or technical support
- CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification required
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure) preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Portland metro
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
