Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data to support business objectives.
- Visualization: Develop clear, concise, and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and summaries that translate complex data into understandable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining and optimizing our internal databases and data warehouses.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with spreadsheet software (Advanced Excel).
- Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is highly preferred.
- Programming: Basic knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts clearly.
