Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear prioritization
- Perform regression testing, compatibility checks, and user acceptance testing
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve critical issues
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to product teams
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation and QA metrics
- Stay current with industry testing tools and methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and test case management
- Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB certification a plus
