Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated testing across web and mobile applications
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other QA tools
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure quality standards
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide QA input into sprint planning
- Conduct regression testing and validate fixes in staging environments
- Assist in implementing continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with a focus on web applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and QA best practices
- Experience with defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with SQL for database testing and validation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent a plus
