Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to final implementation
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless execution
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion and engagement metrics
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ complex digital product designs
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability principles
- Proficiency in creating responsive designs for web and mobile platforms
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
