Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity levels
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes
- Design test cases covering functional, regression, usability, and performance scenarios
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) to enhance testing processes
- Maintain detailed test documentation and provide actionable quality reports
- Stay current with industry testing tools and methodologies (Selenium, Postman, Cypress)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with SaaS or consumer tech products
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium) and scripting
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and bug tracking systems
- Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and database validation (SQL)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
