Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality
- Develop comprehensive test plans and documentation for new features and product updates
- Collaborate with development teams using Agile methodologies to resolve issues promptly
- Perform regression, integration, and performance testing across multiple platforms
- Utilize test management tools like JIRA and TestRail to track defects and test coverage
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium and Cypress
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with a focus on web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking systems
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database testing and validation
- Experience with API testing using Postman or REST-assured
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Certification in ISTQB or similar QA certification a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
