Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud costs through architecture reviews and resource automation
- Lead Kubernetes deployments and container orchestration using EKS/AKS
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for zero-downtime deployments
- Implement monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Conduct security audits and compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Mentor junior engineers and drive cloud best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in cloud engineering with AWS/Azure/GCP certifications
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Proficient in IaC tools and scripting (Python, Bash)
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions)
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and observability
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating complex cloud architectures
