- Partner with product teams to define KPIs and build performance dashboards
- Present findings to executive leadership through data-driven storytelling
- Maintain data quality standards and implement validation protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and statistical software (R/Python)
- Strong business acumen with experience translating data into actionable strategies
- Proven track record of presenting complex insights to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) data services
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design
