Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium and Cypress for CI/CD integration
- Document defects with detailed steps in JIRA and track resolution metrics
- Collaborate with developers using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Conduct cross-browser compatibility testing across Chrome, Firefox, and Safari
- Analyze test data to identify performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and testing frameworks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with SaaS applications
- Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) and programming languages
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
- Certification in ISTQB or similar QA credential preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Familiarity with SQL database testing and API validation
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
