Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans to identify software defects
- Document test cases, bugs, and resolution processes using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with developers and product managers during sprint planning and retrospectives
- Analyze regression test results and provide actionable quality improvement reports
- Implement performance and security testing protocols for web/mobile applications
- Maintain test environments and automation frameworks using Selenium and Cypress
- Mentor junior QA team members on best practices and industry standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in manual and automated QA testing
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with SQL for database testing and data validation
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology preferred
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field
