Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues (Windows OS, Microsoft 365)
- Manage IT service tickets with SLA adherence in ServiceNow
- Deploy and configure workstations/laptops for new employees
- Document solutions in knowledge base for team reference
- Collaborate with network/security teams on complex incidents
- Conduct user training on security protocols and software tools
Qualifications
- 1+ years of technical support experience in enterprise environment
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, VPN, and endpoint management
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Availability to start within 48 hours of offer
