Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, hardware failures, and cable management problems.
- Perform routine network audits, documentation, and inventory management.
- Support end-users with basic technical inquiries, hardware setup, and software troubleshooting.
