Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web, mobile, and API platforms
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear reproducible steps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to define test scenarios
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Conduct regression testing for complex feature releases and system updates
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for product improvements
- Maintain and expand test coverage for cloud-based SaaS applications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience with web and mobile application testing
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
- Experience testing RESTful APIs using Postman or similar tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote environment
