Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and KPI reports using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data collection systems
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear data-driven recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with financial services background
- Expert proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions) and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of 10+ dashboards
- Strong statistical knowledge (regression, hypothesis testing, A/B testing)
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL tools
- Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
