Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and usability testing
- Identify, document, and prioritize software defects using JIRA and TestRail
- Collaborate with developers to resolve critical issues before release
- Automate test cases using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Analyze test results to recommend process improvements
- Validate cross-platform compatibility across web/mobile applications
- Maintain detailed test documentation and metrics dashboards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience in agile environments
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems and test management
- Familiarity with SQL database validation techniques
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and microservices
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
