Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis: Gather, clean, and interpret large datasets to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop Dashboards: Create interactive and visual data dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and share insights with stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques to forecast trends and assess risks.
- Data Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that clearly communicate data findings to management and non-technical audiences.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and recommend data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining data integrity and ensuring data accuracy across various systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying, and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
