- Document network configurations and create maintenance schedules
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network issues
- Collaborate with cloud engineers on hybrid network solutions
- Train junior staff on network best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPN technologies
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Familiarity with SD-WAN and cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
