Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce bugs and validate fixes
- Design comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to improve QA processes
- Maintain test documentation and provide detailed quality metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and database systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation Certification a plus
