Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality
- Document test results, bugs, and issues in JIRA with clear severity levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve product issues
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scripts for new features and updates
- Analyze user requirements to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Maintain and improve test automation frameworks using Selenium and Cypress
- Generate detailed quality reports for stakeholders and leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software QA testing with proven track record
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of SQL for database testing and validation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
