Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SQL databases to optimize data extraction and reporting workflows
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visual narratives and reports
- Maintain data quality frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Expert knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical modeling
- Tableau or Power BI certification with portfolio of 10+ dashboards
- Experience with ETL processes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
