Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test suites for SaaS applications
- Collaborate with developers using Agile methodologies to identify and document defects
- Create detailed test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, and security scenarios
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize testing processes
- Maintain test environments and ensure reproducibility of test scenarios
- Lead QA sprint reviews and provide actionable quality insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA testing with SaaS applications
- Proficiency in Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail
- Strong knowledge of SQL and API testing (Postman/RestAssured)
- Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST) or equivalent
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
