Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test cases using Selenium/Cypress and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA with clear severity levels
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes
- Conduct exploratory testing for new features and user scenarios
- Maintain test environments and ensure data integrity
- Generate quality metrics reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS/web applications
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Proficiency in API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Strong SQL skills for database validation
- Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
