Responsibilities

- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to iteratively improve prompt effectiveness
- Create comprehensive documentation and training materials for internal teams and enterprise clients
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model parameters and reduce hallucination rates
- Lead prompt security initiatives to ensure ethical AI deployment and mitigate bias
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering best practices and emerging techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in prompt engineering or AI interaction design
- Expertise in LLM APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Hugging Face
- Strong proficiency in Python with experience in NLP libraries (spaCy, NLTK, Transformers)
- Proven track record of developing prompt frameworks for production environments
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices
