- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria
- Conduct exploratory testing and usability analysis on mobile/web platforms
- Mentor junior QA engineers and improve testing methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA testing experience with SaaS products
- Expertise in automation frameworks and continuous integration
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database testing
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
