Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Postman
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and document defects
- Lead QA initiatives for cloud-based SaaS platforms
- Maintain test environments and CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze metrics to drive continuous quality improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA testing methodologies
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong knowledge of API testing (REST, GraphQL)
- Experience with JIRA, TestRail, and defect tracking systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
