Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress while maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines
- Document defects with precision using JIRA and track resolution metrics
- Conduct cross-browser compatibility testing across 15+ platforms
- Perform API testing using Postman and validate RESTful services
- Lead user acceptance testing sessions with key stakeholders
- Analyze test data to identify quality trends and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with SaaS/web applications
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Certified Professional Tester (CSTE) or ISTQB Foundation preferred
- Proficiency in SQL for test data management
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
