Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews and surveys to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers) to deliver cohesive designs
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI components
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve user experiences
- Participate in design critiques and contribute innovative ideas
Qualifications
- Portfolio showcasing UX design projects (school projects, personal work, or freelance accepted)
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Associate's degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Design, HCI, or related field
