Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document defects in JIRA
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best testing practices
- Lead continuous integration pipeline improvements using Jenkins and GitLab CI
- Analyze test metrics to drive quality improvements and process optimizations
- Validate API integrations using Postman and SoapUI
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in automation testing
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for test scripting
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and test management tools
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience testing web, mobile, and REST API applications
- Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
