Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress and Python/Java
- Execute end-to-end testing cycles for cloud-based fintech applications
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate CI/CD pipelines with QA workflows
- Lead performance testing initiatives using JMeter and LoadRunner
- Document test cases and maintain defect tracking in JIRA
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and emerging tools
- Analyze test metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation with 3+ years in fintech/enterprise software
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
- Certified Agile/Scrum Master or equivalent QA certification
- Proven track record of reducing defect escape rates by 40%+
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
