As a Trainee, you will play a vital role in maintaining our clients' IT environments, ensuring high availability, and delivering exceptional technical support.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and on-site visits.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Log and track all IT service requests and incidents in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Perform routine system updates, security patches, and antivirus scans.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team on complex troubleshooting projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) upon employment.
