Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, and Designers to ensure seamless integration.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA and bug tracking systems.
- Automate regression tests using Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks to increase testing efficiency.
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure application scalability and stability.
- Mentor junior QA testers and provide technical guidance on testing best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and testing methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of SQL and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
